The room felt overpriced for what we got, especially since in cochin a good lodge can be found for 500 rupees. I was disappointed with OYO's quality assurance and the property wasn't following OYO standards. AC was listed but didn't work, and the replacement room had no AC either. OYO provides towels per person, but we got only one, and only after an argument. There was no hook or wardrobe for our luggage and clothes.
This was my third stay, and I'm 100% happy with it. The room was lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel owner provided excellent service. I hope to keep coming back.
The customer service was poor, and they became rude for no reason and gave fake reasons. During the pandemic, the rooms and toilets also weren't cleaned properly. A bad experience. Don't choose this hotel if you want a calm, pleasant atmosphere.
There was dust all over the room. The AC filter looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, since it was completely covered in dust.
Nice view and friendly staff. Kalamassery's best place to stay, and I had a nice stay.
