OYO 63371 R Square Stay

The room was in awful condition. The door lock was broken, the bed was dirty, the towel had yellow stains, and there were black spots all over the wall. Plug points were coming out. The basin tap in the washroom didn’t work, and apart from the bed there was only one plastic chair. There was no brush or toothpaste. Forget the TV, there was only a broken plug point for it. Worst experience ever. Please see the photos.

The receptionist was rude, had too much attitude, and seemed greedy for money. The online listing showed an AC room, but when I arrived they offered a stinky, dark non-AC room with no ventilation and said I’d have to pay extra for an AC room. The rooms smell bad and are unclean, with foul stains on the sheets and blankets. I don’t know when they were last washed. There were cockroaches and bed bugs in the bed. Not recommended for a family stay. OYO ROOMS team, please review the hotel and visit before listing it on your website.

The rooms were filthy and crawling with cockroaches, and the lift kept stopping, making it a struggle to move our luggage. Staff at reception were rude and treated us badly. They wouldn't let us check in early or even sit in the reception area, and told us to complain to whoever we liked. We also had to argue to get parking. It felt like they thought we were asking for a free stay. The service and property were the worst I've experienced, and Oyo should take strict action against the staff. There are many fake reviews here. Please avoid this hotel.

The receptionist said, “This is not a 5Star hotel. What do you expect for such price?” It wasn't suitable for families. The website confirmed an AC room for the price shown, but at the hotel they demanded extra money for AC. Otherwise, we'd get a dark, smelly room without windows or ventilation. Even bottled water cost extra. The floor had been mopped but was still sticky. The sheets were messy, and the thin pillows had foul stains. I'd only consider coming here for a quick visit with a girlfriend, without staying overnight.
