Itsy by Treebo - 99 Inn Hitech City

We had a wonderful weekend with my family at Hotel N. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge gave us some great local restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was tasty, though the buffet got a bit crowded. The city center was just a short walk away, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

I booked breakfast, but the hotel staff bring it in from outside. You only get a limited amount, like one dosa, and there's no tea or coffee with it. If you want tea or coffee, they'll arrange it, but you have to pay.

The quiet atmosphere was a real plus, and the front desk staff were helpful, polite, and responsive. My room was clean and a decent size, with the basic things I needed, including AC, Wi-Fi, and hot water. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping kept the room tidy throughout my stay.

The location is prime and the price is reasonable, and check-in was quick even though I arrived at 11:45 PM. The team were courteous and let us check out an hour late. Still, the cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement. There were cockroaches in both the room and washroom, and the linen looked unchanged and unwashed in the video we took. Since it was late, we didn't ask to move rooms because we expected more delays. They also added a 2% charge for paying by card. This hadn't been mentioned during booking or in any Fab Hotels communication, and it needs to be addressed. It could be worth considering if basic hygiene and maintenance improve.
