Hotel Blue Dawn - Near DLF Cyber City, Gachibowli

Food costs extra, but it was excellent in both taste and quality, so I found it worth adding. My first stay at Bloom Hotel, Cyber City – DLF, Gachibowli was a positive one. The staff were courteous, and the customer service focus came through in the smooth check-in and service. The room was good and well maintained, though a little cramped for anyone who likes more space. Pricing seemed fair for the location and amenities. It’s a comfortable option for short visits or business in Gachibowli, with reliable service and good value.

The front desk team made a real difference. Satyanarayana, Nikhil, and Ganesh were supportive and went out of their way to help throughout my stay. Everyone on staff was warm and helpful, and service was prompt every time. The food was delicious, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Our family thoroughly enjoyed three days at Bloom. The hospitality team honored my request for an early check-in, and the staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were bright, clean, and neat, and the breakfast buffet was limited in choice but very good. One thing to improve is the check-in paperwork, which took over 25 minutes. It might help to have visitors fill in the information before arrival. Bikes blocked the approach road, making it difficult for the taxi driver whenever we went out.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel had a great ambience. Pradeep deserves a special mention for how well he served the food. He was attentive, polite, and made sure everything was right, which added a personal touch to my stay. Thanks to the whole Bloom Hotel team for the warm hospitality and excellent service.
