ITC Kakatiya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad

The staff made the biggest impression on me. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and they tried to accommodate nearly all our requests. Nobody asked for a tip or acted rudely, which made the visit feel even better. It was my first time at ITC Kakatiya and their service really surprised me. The property is great for relaxing, with a pool, sauna, steam bath and a gym open 24/7. The dining options were very good too.

The garden was so calm and green, a lovely place for a stroll, and the service throughout our weekend felt warm and attentive. We also had a deeply relaxing spa session, with Chengy doing a wonderful job. Breakfast was lavish, varied and delicious, and each restaurant served flavorful food that was memorable in its own way. Even the in-room dining arrived fresh and satisfying. Kakatiya's regal look combines grandeur with comfort, and we left feeling pampered and keen to return.

The newly renovated rooms feel fresh, modern and luxurious, and the spa was a perfect 10/10. Swetha gave seamless, warm support that made the wellness experience even more relaxing. The gym is small, though well equipped. Food is another strong point: the buffet has a wide range of consistently excellent dishes, and Mr. Sukhjot Singh guided us through the meal with some great recommendations. My stay began with a disappointment, but Mr. Abhishek Menon acted promptly and professionally, turning it around. The team was courteous and attentive, and the sprawling, well-kept property has elegant interiors and a refined atmosphere. Its location between Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills is convenient for business and leisure around Hyderabad. ITC generally sets high expectations and usually delivers. In my view, this is among Hyderabad's finest hotels, with a better overall experience than some local contemporaries, including the Taj properties. The rooms, food, facilities and service make it an easy recommendation, and the hotel feels like a destination in itself.

At lunch in Deccan Pavilion yesterday, an associate noticed that the lint from regular napkins might be a problem with our black suits. We hadn't even brought it up, but black napkins appeared at our table right away. That small, thoughtful detail impressed me. My team and I had a wonderful experience, and the attentive gesture reflected ITC Hotels' service standards and guest-focused hospitality.
