The bedsheets looked as if they hadn't been cleaned after use. Nothing about the rooms was clean, and this poor stay wasn't worth the money.

The lobby smells of smoke, probably because of the bar or smoking area. Inside, the washrooms and rooms are dirty, and the bed linen looks like it hasn't been changed between guests. There were stains on it, and the pillows looked dirty too. If they want to attract families and other quality customers, they need to take this seriously. Until then, I'd avoid the place. The pictures say enough. Look for a better hotel in the area.

I went to the bar and ordered pomegranate juice, clearly asking for pure juice with no milk or sugar. I even offered to pay double, or take half the usual quantity. What arrived had milk and very little fruit juice, so I took one sip and left it. No one asked why I hadn't drunk it, but they charged me for it anyway. The food wasn't good either. I wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemy.

The bathroom smelled, and the washbasin and taps were broken. The food was bad and the service terrible. We ordered dinner covered by the complimentary dinner, along with some snacks, then they charged extra, saying snacks and dinner were separate. They also charged GST on mineral water sold at twice the MRP and added an 18% service charge without telling us beforehand. They even charge for water. It was the worst hotel experience I've had.
