Tharavadu Jymis Cottages

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I’d booked a double room, but apparently none was available, so they gave us a triple room instead. The room was more or less okay, but the service and staff behaviour were terrible. Everyone seemed reluctant to help and unfamiliar with hotel service. The receptionist was rude from the start. After we’d paid for three days, he first refused to give us a water bottle and the complementary breakfast. Then he agreed to provide just one bottle and the breakfast, but with a very offensive attitude, as if he pitied us. When we objected to his rudeness, he told us to leave the hotel. That was offensive and unprofessional. He even refused to give us the Wi-Fi password. There are plenty of other hotels in the same price range, so choose another place to stay.
