The sunset from the hotel was a highlight, and don't miss trying the open swing. It's a beautiful place for a destination wedding or a romantic getaway. Our holiday was made memorable by the staff: Riya welcomed us with a warm, genuine smile, Manju, the restaurant manager, paid close attention to guests and acted on feedback right away, and Rohit was very courteous at meals. Rudrah, the hotel manager, quickly arranged a smooth room change when we asked. We had a wonderful stay.

Our wedding at Bogmalo Beach Resort was unforgettable, and guests who flew in from 15-20 different countries had lovely things to say about the hospitality, atmosphere and experience. The views from the rooms were breathtaking, and the food, service and room cleanliness were all excellent. Stephanie, the Sales Manager, deserves special thanks. Her professionalism, eye for detail and steady support made all the planning smooth and stress-free. We couldn't have picked a better place for such a special day.

We held our daughter's wedding at Bogmallo Beach Resort from 21-22 November 2025, and it went wonderfully. The beachfront setting and atmosphere make it a great wedding venue. Every guest had a sea-facing room, and we heard no complaints, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Some parts of the resort appeared to have been recently renovated and repainted, which added to its appeal. GOI airport is just a five-minute taxi ride away. The staff and marketing team were courteous and flexible with our requests, helping the event run smoothly. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the superb food.

I want to call attention to the way drivers are treated at this hotel. For a place that calls itself a "5-star" property, the basic ethics and hospitality feel below those of a 2-star hotel. Drivers who keep guests safe, even during stays of 3-4 days, are treated like outcasts and shown no respect. The washrooms and bathrooms provided for them are filthy and unhygienic. There's no proper place to rest, bathe or take care of basic needs. Drivers are made to stay in their cars, and if they step out, staff may harass them and tell them to park somewhere else and sleep. The staff are extremely rude and use the "5-star" label to excuse their lack of empathy. Cleanliness and respect are basic rights, and this hotel offers neither. I plan to contact driver unions across Maharashtra to call for a boycott, and I'll personally make sure customers I know cancel their bookings. Future guests should think twice before supporting a place that treats hardworking drivers this way.
