OYO 11345 Hotel White House Inn

A horrible stay, and I wouldn't book this hotel. The room and bedsheet were dirty, the bathroom wasn't good, and the staff had a bad attitude. There was no food available at this location, and the OYO service was very bad too. It felt horrific. I've seen hotels where customers stay for only an hour. They ask for five-star ratings, or else the corporate side gets stopped.

The room was the one good part. Breakfast was poor, there was no room service, and the staff behaved badly. At checkout, after taking my payment, they asked me to show OYO that the booking had been cancelled. This was my worst OYO experience. I'd give it less than one star if I could.

We paid INR3500 for 3 days, but the stay was very poor. Getting a cab or ordering anything online was difficult because of the location. The room's interior was in bad shape, the AC barely worked, and they didn't give us soap or a body wash kit after check-in. There was no intercom either, so every time we needed something we had to go to reception.

There wasn't even a sign on the building, and it was hard to find. A local person told me there was no hotel nearby. The cook, who seemed to be doing everything because there was no manager, first showed us a room in terrible condition, then a store room on the terrace, even though I'd booked two rooms. At 10:00 pm, with no other option, I convinced him by offering 1000 rs. and got the room I'd already paid for. It was dirty, smelled as if it hadn't been opened for years, and the AC didn't work. The room wasn't cleaned, and the hotel's condition was pathetic.
