The food was delicious, and the staff were so courteous and helpful that we felt comfortable the whole time. We had a really pleasant stay, and the overall experience was excellent. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Mr. Prashant Rastogi was especially cooperative and well behaved, which made our one night here even better. The room was clean and comfortable, and room service was prompt and satisfactory. A good hotel with courteous staff and quality service.

The hotel felt calm at night despite being on a busy road. I found the neighborhood friendly to walk around, and local shops were handy for things like water and paracetamol. We were here for seven days with a group attending a karate seminar in the basement. Staff were welcoming, warm, and helpful, and the food was very good and generous. Our rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and plug sockets conveniently close to the beds. I got a good 5G signal, and could connect to the hotel wifi downstairs, though not in my room. I think most guests are Indian rather than English or Japanese, as in our group. English visitors should be prepared for fairly limited hot water, though staff worked hard to get it going after training. The bucket shower was enjoyable when it was hot, but less so in cooler weather. Rooms also got a little chilly at night, so extra layers for bed are useful then.

Mr Prashant Rastogi was really cooperative, and we had great communication. The staff were very good and helpful too. I had a nice stay here.
