Godwin Hotel Meerut

The staff were courteous and professional, and they kindly agreed when I asked for an early check-in around 10 AM. Breakfast could've been a little better, and the SPA wasn't operational, but it was a good experience overall.

The staff were reasonably nice and helpful, and the hotel looks good from outside. That's about all I can say in its favor. I stayed three days, and at best I'd call it a two star hotel. It's visibly run down, with scratched mirrors and discoloured walls. There was rubbish under the beds, which looked like very little cleaning had been done. Room service trays left in the hall might sit there for a whole day, and during a stay of a couple of days your room might not get cleaned once. The restaurant really wasn't worth going to, the food was not good at all. If you order room service through reception, it might arrive, might not, or might be something other than what you asked for. There is a spa, but I was simply told it didn't work. It needs a dramatic overhaul to get anywhere close to the grandeur it probably should have.

The location was super convenient, and I was really happy with the great rooms and top-notch service. I had such a fantastic experience here! 👍🏨✨

The hotel itself is good and the facilities are nice, but the rooms are poorly maintained. Breakfast service didn't feel professional either. The servers acted as if they were doing the client a favor.
