The breakfast was just one aloo paratha with curd so watery it was barely curd. I booked an extra mattress for our room, but it never showed up during any of the three nights we stayed with family. The staff were very rude and acted like letting us stay was a favor, while even basic paid facilities were missing. This was the worst hotel experience I can remember.
The room itself was comfortable, and the TV with TataSky and the AC both worked well. Hot water was hard to get, though, and the place had mosquitoes everywhere. There weren't many food choices, and room service was slow. It was an okay stay.
They refused to honor the discounted rate I had booked, saying it wasn't the standard price, and wouldn't let me stay. The staff were also very rude and didn't know how to speak to customers. I wouldn't recommend booking this Oyo.
It's a reasonably priced place just off the main road, close to Aditya Care Hospital. Room service was good, and you can order food from the menu OYO provides.
Really amazing hotel, the rooms feel premium and the price is friendly. My only issue was that the beds were separate. Otherwise, an osham hotel.
