I was there for a day during my visit to Dehradun, and it was a shocking experience. The staff were rude and impolite, and room service was so disappointing that something ordered today might only arrive at checkout, if it arrives at all. Don’t expect a reply from staff. Apparently, it’s your fault for asking. You can wait for your whole stay and still be asked to pay extra for basic amenities like AC, hot water, towels, and toiletries, because staff say those weren’t part of what you paid for when booking. Don’t expect to use digital payment either. Even in the digital business age, they still want everything in cash once you’re inside. The hotel seemed cursed with everything that goes against hospitality.

The hotel is handy for the station, which made getting around easy, but that convenience didn't make up for the trip being spoiled by staff tantrums, poor service, and missing basic amenities. There are plenty of better places in the same area.

I was lucky enough to be this hotel's first guest and stayed for one day. The owner and staff were humble and courteous, and the service was good. It's a nicely located hotel that's just getting started. Wishing the whole team the best.

There are better places nearby. The staff here were rude and badly mannered, making this my worst hotel experience.

The reception behavior was terrible. The owner takes the booking and the full advance, then rents the room out as he pleases. I strongly advise against booking here, especially through Oyo or Make My Trip.
