The location is the one real plus. The rooms are old and awful inside, and the bathrooms are in the worst shape. Cleanliness and hygiene clearly aren't being maintained. I'd avoid this place.

Really clean and neat, with good staff. One of the best in Rajahmundry.

The rooms are decent, but there are lots of mosquitoes outside, and parking is so tight that we had to leave the car outside. Service was okay, though we had to go ask for things every time. The AC outlet pipes are left in the washroom, which is gross, and the large washrooms are only maintained so-so. Worst of all, they switch off the AC at night while we're asleep.

The rooms are spacious for the usual prices, and getting around is easy since the market and Godavari area are close. Just make sure to check the room before moving in.
