The room was clean and hygienic, and the surroundings were pleasant. They provided soap, water bottles, a clean blanket, bath towel, and sleepers, and it was fairly affordable. The TV worked fine, and the fan in the bathroom was a unique touch 😄. Only issue was our water heater wasn't working.

Room service was awful, and the staff shouldn't be arguing in front of guests.

The staff were so kind, respectful, and helpful, and the service was top-class. The room was clean and the amenities were great. A perfect five-star stay!

I came here recently without expecting much, but it turned out to be a really nice stay. Arun was especially amazing. He helped us arrange a cab and negotiate the price, which made getting around during the rainy days much easier. The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel is very close to Godavari tourist attractions. Thanks for the hospitality.

It's quiet, which suits business travelers well. My executive suite had a private area to work, and service was prompt.
