The room itself was good, but dealing with the hotel staff was unpleasant. The receptionist and employees were very rude and didn’t seem to know how to speak to guests.

It’s about a kilometer from the railway station, and the rates are reasonable. The room was good, the staff and owner were well behaved, and the service was good too.

The rooms are laid out well, but upkeep is really poor. I also didn’t like the desk manager’s behavior. It was a very bad experience, and I don’t want to stay here again.

Hotel Sameer Palace in Jabalpur was a deeply unpleasant stay. There were cockroaches, the room smelled persistently of cigarettes, and breathing in there was difficult. The washroom was nearly unusable because it was poorly maintained and needed repairs. The rooms were also overpriced, and management seemed indifferent when I complained and didn’t respond. Cleanliness and service fell short of even basic standards. I’d advise people against staying here.

The person there is very good, and the office, i3 security office, and employees are good too.
