For this budget, it was a nice stay, and a little more attention to detail could make it even better. The host and staff were friendly, and the room was spacious, with a large bed that fit two comfortably and plenty of wardrobe space. There were enough outlets for charging devices, and the welcome kit had soap and shampoo for two. The AC was good. Getting the hot water and shower going was a bit tricky.
It's fairly affordable, so it may suit someone on a budget. But the internet connection wasn't good, water was sometimes unavailable in the bathroom, and the rooms weren't cleaned properly between guests. If those things matter to you, this probably isn't the right place.
The area felt nice and was easy to find, though set a little back from the road. My only issue was the narrow lane where it meets the main road. Getting in and out was tricky, since it's about the width of a car, maybe just a little wider than a regular hatchback.
The room was clean, but service wasn't good and the AC barely cooled the room, even on its lowest setting. Some teenage boys run the place, so I wouldn't recommend taking your girl there. I forgot to mention that they do allow unmarried couples, foreigners, and local residents.
We had a horrible stay with our family. The manager was very rude, the service was awful, and they had no backup. Their careless attitude made it feel like they didn't respect customers. I'd give a minus rating if I could.
