Treebo Trend Hotel PVRX, Amritsar

I booked two rooms at this Treebo property, and the experience was bad. I've stayed at quite a few Treebo properties before, but this one had a number of problems. The receptionist was rude and didn't know the booking details. She kept asking us to check our emails for the amount paid and length of stay, and wasn't willing to look at the emails herself. She even said they hadn't received any emails. When we raised issues, she said many customers contact customer care about such things. I told her that if there are so many complaints, the problem is on their end. Our booking said breakfast was included, as it had been at other Treebo properties where we'd stayed, but here we had to order room service and were charged for breakfast at checkout. When I showed the email confirming breakfast was included, the receptionist argued and called us irrational. She told us never to book with Treebo again and to contact customer care. We were also billed for a water bottle, despite Treebo's stated standard of one bottle per room. The room I was given had no key. They said they'd provide one the next morning, but when I asked again, they said they couldn't make a key and offered another room instead. With our itinerary, swapping rooms wasn't practical. The receptionist said there were cameras and our luggage would be safe, but that wasn't the point. The rooms also weren't serviced daily as Treebo's standards say they should be. The listed amenities were missing too: no kettle, fridge, or hygiene accessories.
