What stood out most was the staff's kindness and helpfulness. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the location made it easy to get to Jagannath Temple and Puri Sea Beach while still being peaceful enough to sleep well. We had an amazing five-star stay at Puri Om Hotel during our family trip and spiritual visit. It's a comfortable budget option near both the temple and beach. I'd happily book it again and recommend it to anyone visiting Odisha.

Staff members were polite and cooperative, but room service wasn't satisfactory. Food and drinking water weren't readily available, and the rooms weren't properly clean or hygienic. They also didn't provide basics like an electric kettle, tea and coffee supplies, or toiletries.

Reasonably priced and affordable, with cooperative, well-behaved staff. The rooms were very good, and the location is nice, near the beach and OSKCON MANDIR.

The main downside was the network problem. Otherwise, the rooms were good, service was good, and the beach was a two-minute walk away.
