Friendly staff and a great place to stay, very close to the beach.

From the balcony, you get a nice sea view, and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff were excellent and really helpful. It's close to the beach but away from the fish-fry smells, and good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place by the sea.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is near Golden Beach, a couple of kilometres from the bustle of Swarga Dwar, and our room had a balcony facing the sea with a great view. Staff were friendly and courteous, and the restaurant served good food. I'd strongly recommend staying here.

We had a peaceful family stay in a clean, well-kept property with excellent views of the sea from the balcony. The location was excellent, room service was good, and the manager and staff were helpful and well behaved. The hotel restaurant served excellent food, though during Durga puja it was a little understaffed, so meals took longer to arrive. Overall, I think you'll enjoy staying here.

The geyser, TV, and AC didn't work, and service was extremely slow. We ordered dinner, then at 11:30 at night a staff member came up with the bill asking for payment. Nobody seemed concerned about the guests, and the staff were unprofessional. The men at reception were rude and didn't seem to care either. It was a horrible stay. I doubt the good reviews reflect what guests actually experience, and would never stay here again.
