The open-air Deli Café has a lovely view of the sea, and it's a relaxing place to sit with coffee and listen to the waves. The property is right by the beach, near the far end of Puri Beach, so it felt quiet and private, away from the usual crowds. Sri Jagannath Temple and Swargadwar are a bit far, which also means noticeably fewer crowds here. A peaceful seaside spot for couples or anyone looking for privacy.

Our early morning darshan with our aged parents was peaceful and meaningful, and it was one of the best we've experienced. Biplavkumar Panda helped us throughout, and everything was smooth and well organized. There was no expectation of money from Maharaj, and the whole experience felt special. At dinner, restaurant managers Shiva and Sanjeev recommended Maharaj. We were unsure at first, but the manager personally reassured us and said it would be on him if the experience wasn't good. We trusted his recommendation, and we're very grateful to Mr. Shiva and Mr. Sanjeeb. I'd encourage others to consider it, and we'd do it again.

The rooms were spotless, the staff attentive and courteous, and the food was excellent in both Puri and Bhubaneswar. My family’s first visit to Odisha became a memorable stay at Fortune Beachfront Puri (ITC Group). There was a brief problem with our early morning check-in, so I arranged another hotel where my family had already checked in. The team took ownership and resolved the situation smoothly and professionally. It showed the care and service I associate with the ITC brand. Hospitality, food, cleanliness, and staff behavior were all 10/10. Highly recommended.

The room could be easier to use, with more space to open luggage and cupboards that don't jam against the coat hangers. Even so, we had a great stay. The service, food, and hospitality were excellent. Joyeta, Harsh, Rudra, Santosh, Kailash, Gudu, and nearly everyone else gave exceptional service. Thanks, and Jai Jagannath!

Road blockages on the way from Bhubaneswar Airport put my family in an unexpected and potentially stressful situation. Mr. Ayan Mitra responded quickly and calmly, and personally made sure they were escorted safely with appropriate security support. His responsibility and care stood out just as much as the efficient response. It reflects well on Fortune Puri Beachfront and ITC Hotels to have such leadership. Mr. Ayan Mitra clearly puts guest safety and comfort first.
