Hotel Family Inn Central Bus Stand

I don't usually like leaving bad reviews, but I can't avoid it this time. We arrived at 18:00 to find sheets with hair, blood stains and holes. They said they'd replace them before 20:00, but by 21:00 nothing had happened. We went to ask again, and then they seemed to remember and came to change them. They tried to use another sheet with holes, so we asked for a different one. The room and the whole place didn't seem very new or clean, and the staff weren't very nice. I also think they canceled the reservation after we left a bad review on booking. Very sorry we had this experience.

The staff made this a positive stay. They picked us up at the railway station and arranged two days of trips to Ellora and Ajanta so smoothly that we didn't have to worry about anything. Service was good and the prices reasonable. The room comfort could've been better, and the main crossover location was noisy, especially at night. Street sounds also came through because the bathroom window wasn't fully enclosed. Even so, the helpful staff and well-planned trips left us with a very good experience overall.

For city attractions the location worked well, and the hotel is right across from the bus stand for Ellora caves. We only stayed one night, but it was the best room we'd had since the trip began. It was surprisingly clean, spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a large, clean, comfortable bed. There's also a balcony, TV, wardrobe, couch and two tables.

The location is the only good part. If you want to waste your money and have the worst stay in Aurangabad, this is the place. The room was dusty, as if nobody had cleaned it, and the bedsheet was torn and marked with dirt. Walls and ceiling were falling down, and there wasn't even soap or a towel. Water came out only as a drip. They changed our room after we'd booked. The lights went out for around two hours, with no inverter, so we had to sit in the dark. When we asked for hot drinking water, they charged Rs 50. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
