The bathroom taps didn’t work properly, and the AC wasn’t cooling. Room service was very bad: staff wouldn’t provide plates or whisky glasses for food and drinks brought in from outside. Their behavior was poor, and they gave no proper response. The place needs a lot of maintenance. I’d suggest avoiding this hotel. Room 419.

We spent one night at Triguna Clarks Inn. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was a real highlight, with a good range of choices and excellent, attentive restaurant service. But the rooms weren’t properly cleaned, even if they were adequate for one night. The location wasn’t ideal, and the service and amenities didn’t feel up to the “4-star” rating the hotel claims. Parking is outside only, with no covered option. At over ₹4000 for the night, it felt too expensive for what we got. An online offer price could make it better value. We stayed the night while travelling from Hyderabad to Belum Caves, and it was so good that I wondered if I could rent a place like this yearly, with housekeeping included, and live simply with my wife instead of keeping a separate villa. The rooms were extremely spacious, and room service, the restaurant, and parking were all very good. Paying _2k plus was well worth it. Damn good place.

The Kurnool bus stop is close enough to walk to, but that was the only real positive. Check-in went smoothly, then the problems piled up. For two guests, they gave us just one dental kit. They said the hot water was solar-powered, but it was almost cold even in the afternoon. Getting food was a struggle. Even one order took hours, and we had to keep following up. At first we thought it was just us, but then saw several other guests dealing with the same delays. Staff apologized quickly, but the apologies didn’t fix anything. The rooms and bathrooms were messy and smelled foul. There were no exhaust fans, so the rooms felt suffocating, like a candle burning inside, and the lighting was poor. It looks good from outside, but basic things inside need serious improvement. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
