I found the room unhygienic and poorly maintained, with very dirty, stained towels that I couldn't use. The geyser leaked water everywhere and there was no hot water. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and didn't care about complaints. I also found it deceptive that the same property operates under three different names. It felt like an attempt to hide a bad reputation, so be careful booking around here. Between those practices and the filthy, unsafe conditions, this felt like a scam and a health hazard. Avoid it.

The ground-floor room smelled really bad. There was no handwash or toiletry kit in the bathroom, and no geyser either. When I asked how we were supposed to bathe in such cold water, they said we could use a room on the second floor for bathing. Going up two floors and back just to wash wasn't practical. Then the receptionist got argumentative and seemed ready to fight when I objected. Worst stay I've had. If there were a rating below one star, I'd give it.

For the price I paid, the experience was extremely disappointing. The air conditioner and bathroom heater didn't work, the bathroom ceiling leaked, and the taps were faulty. The room was poorly maintained, with an uncleaned bed, dirty pillows, and an unwashed sheet. When I raised all this, staff said they couldn't fix anything because they had no technicians. That was irresponsible and the service was very poor.

The food was far too spicy, and the room felt infested, as if insects lived in it. The sheets were filthy. This was the worst hotel experience of my life, not fit for people to stay in. Even a hut would be better. Nobody should book this place.

The room was damp, and the sheets and pillow covers were dirty. The geyser was broken, but even after I asked several times, the hotel didn't repair it. The TV didn't work either, and the reception never responded when I repeatedly asked for its remote.
