The rooms and the whole hotel were dirty, and there was a smell of joint. The staff were rude, the service was awful, and they kept asking for extra money. I got there after midnight, so I stayed, but otherwise I wouldn't have. If you're going with your wife or girlfriend, take this as a reason to stay away. As for the people giving five stars, I suspect they're hotel staff. I don't think any genuine guest would rate it above one.
There was a huge gap between the room photos online and what I found. The washroom smelled bad, the walls and bedsheets were dirty, and the sofa was torn. The AC leaked water, the washroom in room 102 had no latch, and caretakers responded slowly. The place was badly managed and unhygienic. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Extremely disappointing, and I don't even want to share photos.
The only reason I stayed was that it is a four-minute walk from Shreeja Luxury girls hostel. The room was dirty, the floor hadn't been mopped, and the curtains and windows hadn't been cleaned. They didn't provide mineral water or a mat for the bathroom door.
The rooms are average, the receptionist is rude, and there's no service. The location is good because of the girls hostel nearby, and that's about it.
Every time, we run into problems at this hotel. The staff's disgusting, rude behavior made this one of my worst hotel experiences. Please don't book here.
