OYO 2166 Hotel KMahaveer

Rachit Tanwar made us feel very welcome and comfortable with his friendly manner and readiness to help. He was polite, professional and attentive throughout our stay, taking care of our needs promptly and efficiently. We had a wonderful experience, and employees like him make a real difference. Highly appreciated and recommended!

We had confirmed the banquet hall and garden well ahead of our wedding. Dates and commitments were discussed, and we planned around what they had promised. Then they handed our booking to another party without prior notice, apparently because they offered more money. For a family, a wedding isn’t something you can casually reschedule. The emotional and financial damage from this kind of management is irreversible. This was a complete breach of commitment and basic business ethics, not a misunderstanding. What happened was a verbal or agreed booking given to someone else, no proper communication or apology, and zero accountability from management. It felt like pure greed dressed up as hospitality. They don’t understand what it means for a family to trust them with a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. They’re unreliable and untrustworthy, and I wouldn’t call this a hospitality business. Families planning a wedding, reception or major event, please don’t book here. Other venues in the city will honor their word. Save yourself the stress, heartbreak and chaos, and look elsewhere.

The staff at Hotel Prime Safari were courteous and cooperative. On checkout day, the standard time was 11:00 AM, but my train wasn’t until after 2:00 PM and I needed to leave for the station around 1:00 PM. They kindly let me extend my checkout without hassle or extra cost, which really improved our experience. My wife and I stayed there for three nights during a recent visit to Jaipur. I booked through MakeMyTrip at very reasonable rates. The hotel was attractive and well-maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable and properly managed. Room service was prompt throughout. Breakfast was included, with good variety and quality, and it was filling. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We liked it enough that I packed lunch from the hotel before leaving. It was a comfortable, wonderful stay. I’d highly recommend Hotel Prime Safari and its in-house restaurant DalChini for the hospitality, service and value for money.

A convenient Jaipur location, clean comfortable rooms and polite, helpful staff made for good hospitality. I found this hotel good value for the price, and suitable for leisure or business trips. Some guests say the food and facilities could use a little improvement.
