Hotel Mandela House by OYO Rooms

We had a horrible night in the cold winter. The room was unsanitized and the bedsheet hadn't been cleaned; the rooms and bathrooms were dirty. The TV was there but didn't work, and there was no geyser for hot water at all times. Staff seemed helpless because a regular cleaner wasn't available. The hygiene was very bad.

I booked a room today, and its condition felt like a waste of money. The rooms are in terrible shape, so please book this room.

The location works well for everyone, and the hotel facilities are luxurious and comfortable. Everything was very good, especially the receptionist's behavior, particularly suresh kumar Devatwal.

My family was really impressed by the helpful hotel staff, and I appreciated their work. The place felt homely and comfortable, with a nice ambience and a very high comfort level. The rooms were spacious and good, with attached bathrooms and balconies, plus modern tech facilities and other luxuries. I got more than I paid for, and the stay was beyond what I expected. It was a really nice experience, and I recommend booking here.
