Devender Choudhury and the staff at Hotel Mangal were honest and helpful. I had a lot of luggage and only realized after I’d gone a long way that I’d left my laptop at the hotel. The staff made sure it was found and handed it to my associate just a little while ago. I’m amazed by their service. Hotel Mangal, you’re amazing!

There were two of us in the room, but it had only one mattress. When I asked for another, the staff angrily said they didn’t have one and only provided one mattress. Their way of dealing with customers was poor, and the service wasn't good.

The food was below par, the room was unclean, and the AC wasn't working. No one made an effort to fix it. The staff seemed clueless and the service was nonexistent. My stay at Hotel Mangal Jaipur was awful. Don't waste your money here, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The staff were rude, unprofessional, and had no interest in helping. Even basic requests seemed to bother them, and broken or missing amenities were left as they were after I complained. The room was dirty and smelly, the bedsheets looked reused without being washed, and the bathroom was so unhygienic I avoided using it. A nightmare from beginning to end. Calling this a hotel feels like an insult to actual hotels.

The location is convenient, about 1 km from sindhi camp, and the rates are good. There's a restaurant on site, so you can order food to your room or eat there. A good place to stay in Jaipur.
