Shahpura Residency

The restaurant had nice food options, and the service was okay, manageable but not exceptional. I had a pleasant, relaxing stay in comfortable, well maintained rooms. Shahpura Residency is near Jaipur airport, which is especially convenient if you’re arriving or leaving by air. A good choice for a comfortable stay close to the airport.

The food was really tasty and good quality, and the staff were excellent and courteous. The hotel was neat and clean, with well maintained rooms and all the housekeeping amenities provided. Near Jaipur Airport, it’s convenient for families and business trips. Thanks to the whole team, keep up the good work!

The room was comfortable, clean, and had good amenities, with no problems during my stay. Finding the hotel was harder than it should have been, especially at night, because there were no proper signs outside or inside. I also thought the ₹100 charge for an empty plate after 10:30 PM was unnecessary and should be made clear in advance. Better signage and a rethink of that late-night fee would improve the experience.

The management did nothing to resolve problems, and the room was dirty, poorly kept, and unlike what had been advertised. It lacked basic amenities, the washroom was in unacceptable shape, and the surroundings made for a very uncomfortable stay. Service was just as bad: staff ignored requests, took too long, or responded with a terrible attitude. I found the whole experience careless and unprofessional, from cleanliness to management. I would tell anyone to avoid booking here.
