The nearby restaurants and good connectivity were the best parts. Management and staff were humble, and they even waived our extra-hour fee. We didn’t book through OYO because OYO couldn’t tell us whether we could book it there, despite the many strong Google Maps reviews. A bit ironic given the hotel’s own Oyo***** name. The hotel itself was noisy, the room walls were a little dirty, and room service was poor. We called reception several times for towels. They provide water in a plastic jug, which seemed odd, since I’d expect a mineral water bottle each day. Worst of all was the extremely low water pressure. For us, the good points balanced out the problems.

We ended up booking the same hotel again because we had the kids with us and nowhere else to go. OYO had given us a noon check-in, but we arrived at 3 pm after a delay and found that the rooms had been cancelled without any notice. The hotel is reasonably priced and close to the main road in the Sr Nagar area. The canteen and room service need improvement.

You can walk to the metro, and the bus stop is just behind the hotel. Important city spots and plenty of other places are nearby. The rooms are nice and the service is good. There are restaurants and a coffee cafe downstairs, handy for relaxing in the evening.

The bathroom leaked badly, and water spread across the room. Maintenance was in very poor shape, and the staff seemed very lazy. I also saw what looked like a lot of drunk people on the floor. Even after paying 1300 INR, I wasn't given a GST bill. This place won't suit everyone.

There was barely any water, and the receptionist was very rude. I didn't feel this was a safe place for women, and I wouldn't bring a family here. The place felt like it was meant for a certain kind of people. Worst place I've seen.
