The rooms were really spacious, and the balcony had an amazing view. The staff were so friendly and cooperative, with great service.

The rooms are a little compact, but they were clean, well kept, and nicely designed. Heating mattresses and electric kettles helped make the chilly evenings comfortable. The food was tasty and hygienic, with a homely feel, and the staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout. Hotel Mughal India sits right by the snow-covered area, with lovely views, and it’s on the main road, so local attractions and amenities are easy to reach. The quiet surroundings made a nice mix of nature and comfort. For the location, service, and amenities, I thought it was good value. I’d recommend it to families or couples looking for a comfortable stay in Sonmarg without spending too much.
