The staff treated us rudely and said couples without children didn’t qualify for a family room, even though I’d booked for my family, my husband, and my brother and his wife to celebrate my husband’s birthday. They also warned us they’d make us leave if we made noise. The location was awful, and I felt they showed more consideration to some drunk people staying there than to us. Their behavior spoiled our day. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

A well-located hotel, close to both the railway station and Kaushambi metro.

They told us we couldn’t have a family room because we had no children, even though I’d booked for my family and my brother. They also threatened to make us leave if we got noisy. The staff were rude and unprofessional, with no manners when speaking to guests. I’d avoid this hotel.
