I've been there twice. The service wasn't bad, but the food was just okay and below the mark for its price. They also wouldn't let a local person stay. We explained that my friend was coming from Haryana to meet me, but they still refused to give him a room. I think they should change that policy.

It's cheaper and in a nice spot right by the main road, but the room wasn't clean enough. The AC wasn't in good condition, and breakfast hadn't been prepared well.

Everything else was very good. One request to the staff: please don't smoke in the clock room or guest area.

My experience with Imperial was very bad. The breakfast wasn't good and wasn't fresh, and the staff were extremely rude, especially at reception.

I spent more than 30 days at this good hotel. It works for newly married couples, bachelors, and families too.
