Silver Spring Cottages

The rooms were clean and the location is excellent, but room service needs urgent improvement. The bathroom exhaust didn't work, TV channels weren't recharged during our 3 nights, there was no drinking water jug in the room, and parking was insufficient.

We had a comfortable stay at Silver Spring Cottage for a reasonable price. Shiva was especially helpful with our requests and even arranged a cab for our tour. The staff were humble and caring, and their hospitality made the stay pleasant.

The reception staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were really clean and nice. We had a great stay and would recommend the place.

This is a good budget option for a group of friends or a family. The rooms have the basics: they're neat, the beds are cozy and clean, and there's hot water. Pradeep was helpful and arranged a bonfire for an extra charge. He and the other receptionists were patient even when we checked in late, at 11pm. We didn't have hot water that first night, but as promised, it was available 24/7 from 7 am the next day. The parking area is small, though it didn't cause us much trouble. The layout also felt different from a typical boring hotel room. There's a big shared hall and a utility area for every three rooms, which is great for indoor games or eating together.
