The restaurant was under renovation during our stay, so dining inside the hotel was limited. Some rooms may get little sunlight and feel quite cold at certain times of day. Still, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. Service was good, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The city center location is the main draw. Shopping, sightseeing, and getting around locally are all convenient. Parking is available, which is a big plus in a busy area, though surprisingly it's on the terrace. 😅 It was a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks. With some improvements, it could be a 5-star experience, and I'd give it 4 stars.

There wasn't a lift to our room, so we had to climb the stairs even though my grandmother has sciatica. The bedsheets were damp, the TV didn't work, and there was no hot water. At 5 degrees Celsius that night, we were freezing. There was no air conditioning or room heater to keep us comfortable. The service was poor and unprofessional. The people who came to help smelled like a pack of cigarettes, which isn't good when you're travelling with kids and elders. Never book this hotel. Management should show some humanity and provide either air conditioning or room heaters for guests.

I checked out after just one hour because the room was dusty, the geyser didn't work, and there was no balcony. There was no lift either. When I raised this with the receptionist, she ignored me. The room wasn't good, and it was a very uncomfortable experience. 😞

The room felt more like a dharamshala than a hotel, and staying there was a waste of money. We booked three nights but left after two days because the service was poor, there was no hot water for 24 hours, and the washroom was very cheap with a broken tap. The bedsheet was torn too. I've never seen a hotel where a room on the fourth floor means climbing stairs to the second floor before you can use the lift.

We weren't told before arrival that the restaurant was under renovation. The rooms were in a separate building that wasn't properly accessible and didn't feel safe. The advertising was false, and I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.
