The building is old, and you can see cracks in some of the taps, floors, and walls. It’s near the railway station and has parking. Hot water is only available from 7 to 10 AM, which is uncomfortable in Ooty’s cold weather. There’s a purifier in the lobby for refilling drinking water, but the room has no water bottles or dustbin. Soap, towels, and other basics weren’t there by default, so I had to ask for them.

We spent 3 days here and never got an internet connection over the Wi-Fi. The TV wasn’t working properly either. The toilets were clean, though not up to standard, and the towels, blanket cover, and bedsheet all seemed old and not properly cleaned. It’s near the ooty bus station and gets called a budget hotel, but the price felt high. There’s no 24-hour hot water or usable Wi-Fi.

The property and rooms were in terrible shape. They were very dirty, smelled bad, and showed no proper hygiene or maintenance. The hotel is very close to a large drainage channel and a railway track.

Good food and a bar, with really welcoming hospitality. The place is just a stone's throw from the iconic Ooty railway station and the bus stand.

The room was clean and the hotel had everything else right: location, service, Wi-Fi and TV. Only issue was hot water, which was limited to 7 to 11 AM.
