Delightz Inn Resorts

We were five women travelling as a family, including senior citizens, and had an extremely comfortable, memorable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and cooperative. The property sits on top of a hill with beautiful views. It’s well maintained, the restaurant is well managed, and the food was delicious.

I arranged a birthday surprise for my wife at Delightz Inn Resorts, and she was delighted. She enjoyed every moment. The staff were warm and friendly, the food was delicious, and the backyard had a lovely atmosphere and stunning views. I’d asked for special room decorations, and the team did a beautiful job. The cake was so good we couldn’t stop eating it. It’s an eco-friendly resort with play areas for kids and adults, so it works well for families. I’m grateful to the team for making the stay so memorable. I’ve recommended it to family and friends and am already planning to return just to relax there. My only small disappointment was the bed’s wooden edge. It was very sharp, and I accidentally hit it 3-4 times.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, and Mr. Bala, the manager, was especially kind and patient with our seven-month-old’s meals. He made sure the food was prepared just as we asked, from the texture to the seasoning. I’m very grateful for his personal care. We drove to Ooty during a whirlwind of a trip and checked into two rooms. They were impressively tidy, especially the bathrooms, and the resort itself was very clean, with a spacious front lawn. The drive up is steep, but the deluxe rooms have breathtaking views that make it worthwhile. Hot water and the room heaters both worked perfectly, so we stayed comfortable.

I felt at home at Delightz Inn Resort. The staff were humble and kind, and clearly cared about each guest’s comfort. Their attention and warm hospitality stood out. The spacious rooms were well maintained and had a peaceful feel. Everything was organized smoothly from check-in to departure, and the service was prompt. I’m impressed with how the team handled things. It was a relaxing stay with scenic surroundings, and I’ll choose Delightz Inn again when I’m in Ooty. I’d happily recommend it.
