Le Apex Misty Stay

The room was filthy and felt like a dungeon. It had no windows and no geyser, and the rooms clearly aren’t maintained. This isn’t suitable for families or girls, in my view. I wouldn’t book here. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. The good reviews don’t seem original to me.

Don’t book here. The owner confirmed my online reservation, but when I arrived, said there were no empty rooms. He cancels online bookings and then sells rooms offline at higher prices, as far as I can tell. The owner was also very rude. Booking here could ruin your Ooty trip.

It’s a nice hotel, and the staff were really good to us. shiva and chendru uncle helped a lot.

The rooms were cramped, and since it’s cold here, it was disappointing that no blankets were provided. We waited half an hour to check in with nobody at reception. When we called, we were told the person had gone to namaz, though it wasn’t namaz time. There was also no one available when we needed help.
