It’s a really peaceful spot. The rooms are roomy too, and the balcony views are lovely.

The room was good, but there were lots of rats around the property. Getting there isn’t easy either, and the trip from the Ooty bus stand costs 150/-.

The owners were helpful with parking and our luggage, and they answered our calls. Still, getting to the hotel meant taking a very narrow, bumpy road, and there’s no lift. We couldn’t sleep well on the sponge bed. We paid around 7k for two days for three people, but no Bisleri was provided. They said other hotels in Ooty don’t provide it either, though they could have offered a 5L Bisleri.

It’s a nice stay right in the city centre, but getting there is awful. The road is badly damaged, and the journey is horrible.

The road into the building was in bad shape, and nobody mentioned that when we booked. The online and Google photos also didn’t match what we found. Inside, the sheets and bed covers seemed long overdue for a wash, were torn, and had fungus. The rooms were dusty and not clean.
