LMS Palve Sugavasam

The natural setting was the best part of our stay. It was peaceful, with lovely scenery and fresh air, and the rooms were comfortable with the basic facilities kept in good condition. For the price, though, we expected more. The service was slow and poorly organized, and breakfast had limited choices that didn’t feel worth the premium cost. There were also no indoor or outdoor activities, so there wasn’t much to do at the property in our free time. Better service, more activities, and broader dining options would make the experience fit the price better.

Dinesh, the supervisor, made the stay especially smooth. He handled check-in and check-out patiently and with a constant smile, and arranged both breakfast and dinner with real professionalism. I’m grateful for his hospitality. I had a lovely solo visit to Palve Sugavasam, Ooty. It’s well placed for enjoying Ooty while staying away from the noise, and the surroundings are quiet and restful. I’d strongly recommend it, particularly to families looking for comfort, calm, and good service.

The food was really good, both breakfast and lunch, and the rooftop hanging chair was a lovely extra. Staff were polite, helpful, and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable in a peaceful setting. The warm hospitality made my stay at palve sugavasam enjoyable. There’s no heater in the rooms, which can make cold nights uncomfortable, and guests aren’t provided with proper parking. Adding those basics would improve the stay. The service and hospitality are great as they are.

The price seemed high for what we got, and we found a worm in the breakfast. Hot water was also unreliable. On the plus side, Palve Sugavasam sits beside a tea estate in a beautiful spot with lovely views. The rooms are spacious, and the polite staff were helpful and brought us whatever we asked for. Those strengths are good, but the other issues need attention to make the cost feel justified.
