The service was fast and impressive, and the rooftop restaurant had a great vibe with good food. The location is handy, near hawa mahal and other major sights. The room was clean but below average and not attractive, and the washroom was too small.

The manager or owner was unruly, the rooms were lousy, and there was no hospitality at all. I don’t know why this place has three stars. It was expensive on google booking. I’d rather sleep on a railway platform.

Zero stars. It was expensive, and even after I’d paid in full they refused to provide basic facilities. The staff were rude, there were no washroom essentials, and they wouldn’t give me a blanket until I’d asked about a hundred times. The blanket and bedsheets they eventually provided were dirty and unwashed. A very, very bad experience.

Everything was low quality. The room wasn’t clean, and they didn’t provide a blanket or soap. The staff seemed uneducated, and there was a lot of arguing with guests. A bad experience all around.

The bathroom was much too small, and the blankets seemed impossible to wash. The rooms weren't neat or clean, so my experience here wasn't good.
