There’s a saying that fits this place: “A polished top, a mess underneath.” It looks classy from outside, but every room we tried had mosquitoes. After we complained, they shifted us three times and the problem was still there. My 1.5 year kid ended up with lots of mosquito bites.

The rooms weren't cleaned, and the staff didn't respond when we needed them. The service was terrible, just one star overall.

The residency had a nice atmosphere, and the rooms were clean and good.

The room was spacious and the AC worked well, but it smelled unpleasant when it was running. We were next to reception and too tired to complain. The rooms seem average, and I couldn't tell how they set prices, since it seemed to depend on the customer.

The meal was tasty, with good portions and quality, though there was only vegetarian food. The room service was nice but could've been quicker. Our medium-sized room had a clean, modern attached bathroom, plus AC, a TV, and an intercom. The bed was clean, comfortable, and nicely cushioned. The hotel is large, with nice architecture for the price, and sits in the heart of the city with parking available. The staff were helpful and well behaved. I booked one night through Make my trip for 900/-, which made it good value. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. It's a comfortable budget hotel I'd recommend.
