I paid an extra rs300 for breakfast after being told during booking that it would be available after 0700hrs. At the hotel, I was told breakfast wouldn't be ready until after 0800hrs, so I checked out arount 0730 hrs without having it. The breakfast amount should be refunded.

The breakfast wasn't satisfying, just one plate of tiffin. They didn't provide a water bottle either, and charged nearly 180rs for it.

Housekeeping was really poor. They reused the same unclean linens and sheets for the next occupants. After I complained, staff changed the pillow covers, but left the bed sheets and linens as they were.

The hotel is in a main location, just 5 mints fr junction. I was happy with the service and had a great stay in a very safe environment.

The experience left me unhappy overall. They'd already collected an advance when I booked, but charged extra for checking early fee hours. The bedsheets weren't clean, the toilet tapps were broken, and there wasn't proper parking.
