The facilities are good, and the lift gives the place a good feel. Still, parking is a real need these days, so they should make more space for vehicles. The lift should also extend from ground level, since Divyangjan have trouble getting up to the first-floor reception. Even so, the customer facilities are good. Thank you.

The people here made my stay memorable. Manager Vazir personally checked that everything was going smoothly, and the staff were consistently kind, smiling, and ready to help. Rajahmundry is called the cultural capital of Andhra Pradesh, and I could feel that warmth and respect in how guests were treated. I stayed at this hotel in Rajahmundry from 9th to 21st February. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, and the place was well maintained. Thanks to the whole team for making those days comfortable and special.

The bathroom was dirty and smelled awful, and the doors wouldn't shut properly. When we raised it, the office boys said we could lock them from inside while using them. The AC didn't work either, and there were lots of mosquitoes. The room conditions were so bad that I say avoid this hotel, and don't be fooled by the photos. They require payment in advance when you book online through MakeMyTrip and similar sites, so you can't see the room first and avoid paying after seeing its condition. The rooms were no better than a brothel.

We stayed for 2 days and were happy with the room and food quality. The staff gave us a warm welcome. If you're looking for a comfortable place for a day or two while visiting around Rajahmundry, I'd recommend this hotel.
