The room wasn't clean, and the AC was in poor condition and didn't work well. The internet, TV, and landline phone weren't working either. The staff had a bad attitude, especially the manager, who behaved badly. I was very disappointed. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The AC wasn't cooling properly, which was a downside. This is a budget friendly hotel with good service and a convenient location. It's a good low budget option for parties or group stays, but not suitable for family trips.

The one thing I missed was a working TV, which matters to me in any hotel, though that's just my personal view. Apart from that, everything was good. The rooms were neat and clean, and the service was good. It's budget friendly for the area, or even for Jaipur. The hotel is in the main market, with stationary, garment, and electronics shops nearby, and there's a restaurant on the ground floor.

The facilities were not up to standard, and the employees did not come across as welcoming. I had a horrible stay and personally wouldn’t recommend visiting this hotel, even as a last resort.
