The rooms were good, and so was the service. The staff treated me really well, and I'm satisfied with the hotel.

At their preeti Bar & Restaurant, good food comes with cheap drinks and a no-frills, pure desi vibe. It's usually buzzing, and the counter stays open until 11:30 pm. Parking can test your patience, but the budget-friendly high makes it worth it.

I had to pay an extra Rs 500.00/- just to get the room, despite having paid in full when I booked. At first, the receptionist said there was no room, then agreed after a long argument on the condition I pay more. I felt forced to pay, and it was a very unpleasant situation, like looting guests. The bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels were unclean and unhygienic. I fell ill with viral fever after one day. Agoda should look into this, and if possible, tell the hotel manager to return the extra Rs 500/- I was charged.

They asked me for 400 rupees extra for an AC room after I booked through OYO, and they didn't give me a bill.

It's decent value for money at the offer rate. The room was spacious and good, and the staff were well mannered and cooperative. But there's no lift, and the property is on the fourth floor, so I wouldn't recommend it for elderly people or anyone uncomfortable with stairs. There's no geyser, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work properly.
