Our stay was good apart from one issue. The receptionist was a little impolite and insisted we pay the full stay in advance, in cash. I said I’d use the online payment options in the OYO app, but he immediately refused and pushed for cash instead.

I was in bbsr for my wedding events and booked UB for my relatives. They arranged lunch and bf for everyone, and took special care to get all the arrangements done properly. The facilities were nice, service was very prompt, and the food was tasty, especially the fish besara. Reeta mam responded quickly to every request I made, and Kamakya babu did a great job organizing everything. We had an excellent stay.

The kitchen team was nice, and the food was okay. It’s a decent budget hotel with clean rooms, except for the bedsheet. The hotel is near the main road and railway station. I only wish the manager had been a little more polite when responding to guest issues.

I stayed here on November 19 2023 and had a great experience. The room was air conditioned and the geyser worked perfectly. It was only 1400 per night for 2 person, and the service was super.

The service was the worst I’ve experienced, and cleanliness was below average. The water heater wasn’t working. We checked out the next morning and moved to another hotel.
