I was bitten at night by insects under the mattress, and moving to another room after I complained made no difference. They charged me 300 extra for that room, which had bugs too. The problem badly affected my sleep and comfort. This is unacceptable and points to poor cleaning and pest control. One of the worst hotels. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

In the morning they tell you one price, then at night they demand more money. The receptionist's behavior was the worst. That boy talks very badly and doesn't know how to speak to hotel guests. If they want more bookings, they need to replace him. Worst hotel ever.

The location is good, and unmarried couples are allowed. The hotel could be a decent stay for this price if you can put up with the problems. Guests have a lot to be unhappy about: the cleanliness needs work, staff should treat customers better, and room service is poor.

It's a long way from the city centre and also far from the main road. The rooms were dirty, drinking water wasn't available, and they wouldn't change the bedsheets even when I asked. At first they charged double what the app showed. At checkout they took my phone to leave a fake review, and I got into an argument over it. The owner acted like an illiterate person, almost like a goon, when I refused to hand over my phone or complained about anything. In my case, the flush wasn't working. The room was as dirty as a public toilet. Don't book this property, even if it's free.
