The billing and checkout experience felt like a money scam. They charged extra for basic things like water and towels, changed the count of days stayed, and demanded more money at checkout. When we tried to leave early because of the problems, they kept the full payment and deposit. Staff even held our ID until we paid alleged damage charges. They also bang on the door before checkout time to push guests out. The room was dirty and smelled damp and foul. Sheets looked unwashed, the bathroom was stained, cockroaches were around, and I woke up with bed bug bites. The owner was rude and arrogant, while staff were disrespectful and seemed untrained. Complaints about the broken AC, geyser, or missing TV remote went nowhere. There was no hot water despite the claim of a 24-hour geyser, and frequent power cuts left us in the dark for hours with no generator backup. It felt unsafe outside day and night, with thieves and drunk people around, and there was no security. CCTV wasn't working, and anyone could walk in. Shouting and fights outside continued all night, making sleep impossible. The online photos bear no resemblance to the actual place, and the hotel didn't match what was advertised. I felt unsafe with my luggage and harassed by the staff. Zero out of ten. Save your money and self-respect, and don't book here.
