OYO 77105 Green Palace

The service made the stay even more frustrating. Staff were slow and not very helpful when I raised the issues, and I had to ask repeatedly for basic amenities that should have been there. I also struggled to rest. Noise from outside and other rooms carried in easily, and the bed was uncomfortable. The AC took ages to cool the room and still didn't work properly. Some electrical fittings were loose, and the lights were too dim. Cleanliness was poor throughout. The bathroom had stains and smelled bad, and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The sheets and towels didn't seem fresh, and dust covered the furniture and floor. I had an uncomfortable stay that wasn't worth the money. The hotel needs to improve its upkeep, cleaning, and service, and I wouldn't recommend it unless it makes major changes.
